Thinking spatially allows us to play with time more freely in our writing. Students respond in writing to physical objects, thinking spatially about tension, movement, balance, and how these translate into story, provide insight into structure, and show time unfolding in non-linear ways. If a hand-held egg beater were your story: what is making the two central characters spin? A conflict? An event? Whose hand turns the crank? Martha shows how to listen to your materials and take risks. Limited enrolment<\/p>\n
